The client
Who Triple Beam Pizza are
Triple Beam Pizza serves pizza across four Los Angeles area locations: Highland Park, Echo Park, Glendora and Santa Monica. Guests can dine in, take out or order online, and the team also runs catering, from plan-ahead pizza parties for pick-up to a full-service mobile oven for events.
Its audience is local and hungry right now: neighbours deciding where to eat tonight, office managers ordering for a team, and families planning a party.

The brief
The challenge
Four neighbourhoods means four slightly different crowds, but a single Instagram account. Posts had to feel local to Echo Park and Santa Monica at the same time without turning the feed into a list of addresses.
Catering and the mobile oven are high-value services that are easy to miss on a feed built around single slices. The brief was to keep the food front and centre while making the party and catering offer impossible to overlook.
Our approach
How we planned it
Four decisions shaped the work for Triple Beam Pizza. Each one answers part of the brief.
-
01
One brand, four neighbourhoods
We built a location tag system so every post names the shop it was shot in, and planned a weekly rotation so each location gets its own spotlight.
-
02
Food first, filmed close
Short vertical clips of the oven, the cut and the cheese pull. Hooks in the first second, captions on screen, no stock footage on the live feed.
-
03
Catering as a recurring story
A monthly series on the mobile oven and pizza parties, with Story highlights that answer the questions people ask before they book.
-
04
Every post points to an order
Link in bio, Story link stickers and pinned posts lead to online ordering or the catering enquiry, so attention turns into tickets.
The content system
A week from the content calendar
Every post belongs to a pillar, every pillar has a job, and the week is planned before anything is filmed. This is a sample planning week for Triple Beam Pizza.

Website and search
Social that leads somewhere
Every post sends people to triplebeampizza.com, so the site and the feed are planned together: the same offers, the same answers and pages that search engines and AI assistants can read.

What this project teaches
- 1
Location tags do more than tidy a feed: they let each neighbourhood feel the account is theirs.
- 2
High-value services like catering need their own recurring story, not an occasional mention.
- 3
Food content works best filmed close, cut fast and posted at the moments people decide where to eat.
