Nothing you type here leaves your browser. Title and description lengths are measured in pixels, the way Google truncates, not in characters.

Which of these actually matter

Title and description do the selling. The description is not a ranking factor, but it decides whether anyone clicks. Treat it as ad copy for the search result, not a summary of the page.

Canonical prevents you competing with yourself. If the same content is reachable at several addresses, the canonical tells search engines which one counts. Get this wrong on an ecommerce site and you dilute every product page.

Open Graph is what people see in the group chat. Without it, your link shared on LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Slack shows a bare URL or a random image scraped off the page. That is a real cost in click-through for zero effort to fix.

The keywords meta tag is dead. Google has ignored it since 2009. Any tool that still generates one is telling you something about how current it is.
