The brief
The challenge
Inviting a cleaner into your home is a trust decision. The feed had to show the real, background-checked team and the care they take, not just sparkling sinks.
Most bookings start with a quote request, so social had to move people from a satisfying clean video to the quote form, and make recurring service feel like the obvious choice.
Our approach
How we planned it
Four decisions shaped the work for Clean & Simple Cleaning. Each one answers part of the brief.
-
01
Meet the team
Regular team spotlights that put names and faces to the staff who come into clients' homes.
-
02
Satisfying, useful video
Before and after Reels plus quick cleaning tips people save and share, with the quote link in every caption.
-
03
Trust on repeat
Posts that explain what licensed, bonded and background-checked means, and how the satisfaction guarantee works.
-
04
Local search and social together
Service area content for each town, mirrored on the Google Business Profile so searches and feeds tell the same story.
The content system
A week from the content calendar
Every post belongs to a pillar, every pillar has a job, and the week is planned before anything is filmed. This is a sample planning week for Clean & Simple Cleaning.

What this project teaches
- 1
For in-home services, the team is the brand. Faces build more trust than finished rooms.
- 2
Tips content earns saves and shares, and keeps the account visible between bookings.
- 3
Service area content works twice: once in the feed, once in local search.
